This website is a static website. We do not use cookies, do not store any information on your device, and do not use any analytics or tracking services. Fonts are served from our own server; no connections to Google or other third parties are made when you visit the site.

We only process personal data to the extent necessary to provide the website, respond to your enquiries, or deliver services you have explicitly requested by clicking.

This website is provided via Cloudflare Pages by Cloudflare, Inc. (USA). When you visit the website, Cloudflare processes technically necessary data that your browser automatically transmits, in order to deliver the pages and protect the website against attacks and abuse:

• IP address of the requesting device
• Date and time of access
• the page or file accessed and the amount of data transferred
• Browser type, operating system and, where applicable, the previously visited page (referrer)

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in providing the website securely and reliably (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We have a data processing agreement (Data Processing Addendum) with Cloudflare. Any transfer to the USA takes place on the basis of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

If you contact us by email or phone, including via the “Enquire about this apartment” or “Send an enquiry” buttons, which open your own email application, we process your details (e.g. name, contact information, preferred dates, message) to handle your enquiry.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, insofar as your enquiry is aimed at entering into or performing a contract, and otherwise our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We delete your data once your enquiry has been fully processed, unless statutory retention obligations require otherwise.

For enquiries from owners, we embed a form from the service Tally (Tally B.V., Netherlands). The form loads only once you click “Load form”. No data is transmitted to Tally before that.

By loading it, your browser connects to Tally; your IP address and technical information are transmitted, and Tally may use cookies or similar technologies. The details you enter into the form are stored by Tally and made available to us to process your enquiry.
